I am a survivor of domestic violence. I have had tremendous help from resources given to me. I cannot say indepth of my situation, but, I truly believe I can aid others that may need time to vent and I can listen to their situation and be of assistance where applicable. I speak fluent Italian.
Translation for some may be difficult, but I also work in the public eye and I understand sometimes it is very difficult to relate unless one has been a victim of crime and surpassed it. This is my way of healing and helping others that need a friend or confidant that know that under the privacy act their information would remain strictly confidential. Although I do not know of many that may require this type of service, I am sure I can be an asset on the team. I will not disclose too much info of my personal experience as this is not where you release your personal information till at least I receive a call from the centre and then I can assist where my qualifications may be best suited.

I am willing to devote some time to give a chance to victims of violence to heal and to listen, sometimes when we are in those situations, we all need a friend we can confide in as we sometimes have felt that nobody cares.
