Worked in the social community sector as a councelor/mentoring program facilitator, coupled with my Bachelor's degree' s in criminology, plus additional trainning is psychology and sociology

Volunteers; Working as a team in the social sector invironment is important because we have different skills, knowlodge and personal attributes. By utilising all of these different aspects in a team, more ideas can be generated, as more ideas are generated, more creative solutions are generated, leading a better results.
When a team work together it has a huge range of skills available tha it can utilise to deliver extraordinary results.
