I've, over the last 7 years, provided technical services in the range of everything from doing powerpoints to controlling lights, sound, and audio at concerts and events. I can setup your network, administer your website, or maintain your small IT infrastructure

I do not ask for remuneration for most of the work that I do. However, please understand that i am a university student trying hard to get by on limited finances. As such, any donation - small or big - will be appreciated!

Also, any extra equipment that is bought or rented specifically for the purpose of providing my services to you, will be charged to you. (for example: CDs, stickers, etc.)

Youth Travel & Development Exchanges (YUDES)

YUDES' contribution towards development and building confidence in the youth have been very considerable.This have been made possible through the initiating and implementation of programs such as the cultural immersion and volunteer placement program in both urban and rural Ghana.Volunteers participating in our program have left a footprint of fulfilled expectations while their host communities have forever been grateful with the contributions of these volunteers.Participants of YUDES programs take with them the following accomplishments;

-Leadership and the spirit of development
-A wealth of experience of living in an African community
-Experiential learning as they study the functions of African/Ghanaian traditional institutions and the role they play in the community
-They foundations of traditional democratic systems in chieftaincy set up
-Learning the Ghanaian language i.e. twi the most widely language in Ghana
-Cultural immersion programs e.g. festivals, funerals and traditional weddings
-Internships programs i.e. placements with institutions in the areas of non-profit,business/financial (micro-credit),education,special education,
-Providing a deeper understanding for foreign participants on the development issues through seminars and workshops and volunteering activities with partner agencies
-Facilitating educational tours to some the most interesting tourist sites in Ghana such as the Cape Coast and Elmina slave castles.

Currently, YUDES is looking for the following inputs to sustain its programs and implement more projects in future;

-Financing and grants to sustain the "sponsor a needy child project" and other program is much needed. This is a project currently underway.It aims at identifying underprivileged children and providing support for their education to the tertiary level.This project is now targeted at the fishing communities at Kete-Krachi along the shores of Volta where poverty and child trafficking is a real development issue.
-Both skilled and unskilled volunteers are needed to support our development projects.
-YUDES also donates school supplies to deprived target communities in rural areas and the children of the urban poor.Donations in the form learning materials will be appreciated
