Christopher Berry is the Group Marketing Science Director at Critical Mass. He has more than five years of experience as a statistician and a marketing scientist. He has completed work for such clients as AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, SUPERVALU, NASA, Dell, Hyatt, adidas and Rolex. He is an active member of the Web Analytics Associations' Research Committee and leads the peer reviewed journals project. He's an occasional speaker on analytics and marketing science for the Web Analytics Association, the Toronto Data Mining Forum, Web Analytics Wednesdays, and MaRS.
